Leider bietet Microsoft nur für die Windows-Plattform mit Outlook eine Software, die erweiterbar ist. InLoox ist aus diesem Grund vorerst nur verfügbar für:

• Outlook 2000
• Outlook 2002/XP
• Outlook 2003
• Outlook 2007

sowie (für Teambetrieb mit Exchange Server)

• Exchange Server 5.5
• Exchange Server 2000
• Exchange Server 2003
• Exchange Server 2007

Seit der Version 6.6 bietet InLoox die Webanwendung InLoox Web App, mit der man InLoox auch ohne Microsoft Outlook nutzen kann.
